Negative Declaration

Erie County - Erie County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hamilton/Bluffs Sanitary Sewer and Elimination of the Hamilton and Bluffs Pumping Stations will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approxmately 2,500 L.F. of sanitary sewer and elimination of the Bluffs Pumping Station. NOTE: This project has been downsized from its original proposal of 3,700 L.F. to 2,500 L.F.due to the inability to gain access to the private property east of the Hamilton Pumping Station. The project is located on Old Lakeshore Road, The Bluffs, Town of Evans.

Erie County - The Village of Springville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law to create overlay zoning district with regulations to protect the Village's water supply will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the regulation of certain activities surrounding the Village's water wells. The project is located in the Village of Springville.
