Schoharie - The State University Construction Fund, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SUCF Project 24161, Rehabilitate and Expand Bouck Hall will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves.a new 24,000 sf addition providing gym/multi-purpose space, bookstore space; new handicapped accessible ramp and bathrooms; new ticket booth/acoustic vestibule and refinishing of the existing gym floor and walls. The project is located at State University College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill.

Notice of Acceptance of Final Generic EIS

Rensselaer County - The Rensselaer County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Mill Creek Commerce Park Conceptual Plan and Generic Environmental Impact Statement. The action involves the creation of a conceptual plan for the ultimate development of 460 acres of land under its existing zoning. The development of the site can accommodate 1.35 million square feet of commercial, office and light industrial development with parking for approximately 7,500 cars. Approximately 6,000 jobs can be accommodated in the Commerce Park. The Mill Creek Commerce Park is located west of Interstate 90 in the Town of East Greenbush, between Red Mill Road (NY 151) and Third Avenue Extension (NY 419).
