Applicant propses to repair 378 feet of functional bulkhead by refacing 278' with vinyl sheathing.  
The reconstruction of the new bulkhead will result in distances from the existing bulkhead of from 11" to 29" seaward.an existing platform will be extended by 18" seaward and an existing rainpipe will be extended 2.5' through the new sheathing. Two finger floats will be shortened to 14' with the west float shortened to 30' and the East float to 25'.n  Dredge an area 5 feet seaward of the reconstructed bulkhead and along he south east and south western bulkhead sections to 4' below ALW and recover 90 cy of material with an additional 100 cy of clean fill to be placed between existing and proposed bulkheads.  The property is located at 31 Casino Street, Freeport
Town of Hempstead.
