|SERP Action - Reaffirmation of Negative Declaration|
Oneida County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town of Marcy, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sanitary Sewer Contract 24 - Craine Creek Force Main Extension (The CWSRF Project Number is C6-6052-05-00) will not have significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of approximately 3,000 lf of sanitary sewer force main along NYS Route 291 in the Town of Marcy. The project will relocate the termination point for the existing Crane Creek sewage pump station such that its discharge will not be tributary to the Jones Road pump station, as is the current condition. This will improve the operation and capacity of the Jones Road pump station. The project is located NYS Route 291 in the vicinity of Hayes Road in the Town of Marcy.

Jefferson County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lake Ontario Islands Wildlife Management Area Management Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Wildlife Management Plan for Department owned island parcels within the Lake Ontario eastern basin. The Management Plan describes various wildlife/habitat management and monitoring actions, minor access/public use improvements, and information/education initiatives to be conducted on or in relation to these four island parcels. The project location is Lake Ontario Islands Wildlife Management Area. Two parcels on Gallo Island and Gull and Little Gallo Islands.
