Project Title: The Spa Resort

Project Description: Construction of a resort spa hotel involving more than 100 units in a Hamlet area and a structure greater than 40 feet in height. The applicant proposes to construct a 51 suite hotel and spa over a parking garage on 2.8 acres within the Sagamore Resort PUD. Structure height will range from 35 feet to a maximum of 59 feet. Estimated demands for municipal water supply and wastewater disposal is 6,120 gallons per day. A stormwater control plan is proposed.
