Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Village Board of the Village of Geneseo, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves upgrades and improvements to most of the existing facility’s treatment process components but will not increase the treatment capacity of the facility. The project is located on Riverside Drive, Village of Geneseo, Livingston County.

Positive Declaration

Ontario County - The Planning Board of the Town of Victor, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed SBA, Inc./Bell Atlantic Communication Tower may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves construction of an 80' monopole telecommunications tower, an antenna array and equipment building within a 70' x 70' fenced compound on a leased parcel of land located in a residential district. The project is located on Parish Road in the Town of Victor.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Monore County - The Planning Board of the Town of Sweden, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Crystal Ridge Planned Unit Development. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on March 3, 2002 at 7:00 p.m. at 18 State Street, Brockport, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until March 17, 2002. The action involves rezoning of 300+ acres from R1-2 to PUD. The project is located on the west side of Lake Road through to Redman Road, south of Fourth Section Road in the Town of Sweden.
