Onondaga County - The Town Board of the Town of Marcellus, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed 2001 Comprehensive Plan. The action involves a Plan which is intended to serve as a tool to further facilitate consensus building, dialogue, and Town planning actions regarding future development and quality of life issues. The project is located townwide.
