Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Southampton Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposal by Edward Lederman will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a variance of ten (10) feet to allow a flagpole width of ten (10) feet instead of the required twenty (20) feet to enable the applicant to subdivide this lot. The project is located at 4 Quimby Lane, Bridgehampton.

Positive Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Smithtown Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposal by Napoho Associates #990 may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a Draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves creation of two lots (one lot for future subdivision into industrial parcels, and one 1.69 acre lot to be dedicated to the Town of Smithtown for drainage purposes), with miscellaneous facilities, from currently vacant parcels of land totaling 44.45 acres zoned LI. The project involves the proposed removal of approximately 474,0000 cu. yds. of soil. The project is located on the north side of Old Northport Road, 1,081.08 feet west of Indian Head Road, Kings Park, Town of Smithtown.
