Counties: All or portions of the following within the Adirondack Park: St.Lawrence, Essex, Oneida, Lewis, Clinton, Franklin, Herkimer, Hamilton, Warren, Saratoga, Washington and Fulton - The New York State Adirondack Park Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed, Update of 1978 Adirondack Park Agency policy regarding new telecommunication towers and other tall structures located within the NYS Adirondack Park will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The Adirondack Park Agency proposes to update its 1978 policy regarding location of new telecommunication towers and other tall structures within the Adirondack Park. The revised policy takes into account issues associated with the Federal Telecommunications Act of 1996 and the protection of the unique resources and characteristics of the Adirondack Park. The proposal follows opportunities for public comment and concepts used in the administration of the permit requirements of the Adirondack Park Agency Act and other authorities of the Adirondack Park Agency.

Oneida County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 69 bridge over East Branch Fish Creek will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the replacement of the Route 69 bridge over East Branch Fish Creek and CR 66 (Blossvale Road) on new alignment in the Town of Annsville, Oneida county. The Maintenance and Protection of traffic (MP&T) Plan will involve a signalized alternating one-way on-site detour over part of the existing bridge.

St. Lawrence County - The Ogdensburg Bridge & Port Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Ogdensburg International Airport - Runway 27 Glide Slope Installation will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of a new glide slope antenna, equipment and shelter on Runway 27 at the Ogdensburg International Airport. The action also involves the construction of an access road and extension of electrical power and telephone utilities to the glide slope site. Additional elements of the proposed action include the installation of new approach light system, easement acquisition and the removal and/or lighting of objects identified as obstructions to FAR Part 77 to a full 50:1 approach slope, grading and glide slope critical area, and the underground burial of electrical utilities. The project is located at Ogdensburg International Airport, Town of Oswegatchie.
