|SERP Action - Draft Negative Declaration|
Greene County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Athens, as lead agency has determined that the Village of Athens Water System Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves water system improvements that include the construction of a new storage tank and modifications at the water treatment plant, dam and reservoir work, replacement and repair of transmission mains and distribution lines to comply with current New York State Department of Health Regulations. The project is located in the Village of Athens.

Montgomery County - The Town Board of the Town of Charleston, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Town of Charleston Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a plan which includes an inventory of the natural resources and demographic characteristics of the Town, along with goals, objectives and recommendation for the future development of the Town. The project is located townwide.

Schenectady County - The Town of Rotterdam Planning Commission, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Mid-America Baptist Seminary and Student Housing Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the Site Plan and Subdivision (consolidation of four parcels) approvals for the construction of eighty-eight (88) student housing units, conversion of twenty-four (24) existing dwelling units of the Carefree Village Condominium Complex to student housing, construction of a 2,300 square foot clubhouse, and construction of a 20,000 square foot seminary with room for 10,000 square foot future expansion on approximately seventeen (17) acres. The project is located on the Northwest Side of Burdeck Street near the intersection of Duanesburg Road in the Town of Rotterdam, New York.
