Cattaraugus County - The Planning Board of the Town of Ellicottville, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Kent ATV Park may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves application for a conditional use permit to allow an ATV park to be operated on 241 acres of land in an agricultural-residential zoning district. Up to 350 ATVs would be allowed in any one day. The ATV park would operate on the 2nd and 3rd weekends of each month between May and September. The project is located at 6319 Sommerville Valley Road, Ellicottville, New York.
