Monroe County - The Town of Brighton Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezoning of Area 5 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves 1) Amendment of Comprehensive Plan 2000 to change the recommendation for Land Use Area 5 from Office Use to Low Density Office Use, revise the area of Land Use Area 5 from +/- 16 acres to +/- 20 acres, and revise the extent of noted environmental features and 2) Rezone Comprehensive Plan Land Use Area 5, including Tax ID #s 148.18-2-4.1, 148.18-2-4.2 and 148.18-2-9, from BE-1 Office and Office Park to BE-L Low Density Office. The project is located at 998 Brighton-Henrietta Town Line Road, including Tax ID #s 148.18-2-4.1, 148.18-2-4.2 and 148.18-2-9, Town of Brighton.

Monroe County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lake Avenue Reconstruction, Project No. 4067.01 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the reconstructing of Lake Avenue from Lyell Avenue to Ridgeway Avenue in the City of Rochester. As part of the roadway reconstruction, medians, both raised and flush, will be introduced in various locations. The purpose of the project is to replace the deteriorated pavement structure and to increase safety in the corridor. The project is located on Lake Avenue, City of Rochester.

Ontario County - The Canandaigua Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Retail Development and Re-zoning will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the re-zoning of 7.3+/- acres of land from Industrial to Community Commercial and the development of a 57,000+/- square foot food market and a 4,800+/- square foot restaurant with associated appurtenances and parking. The project is located at the northwest corner of the North Street and NYS Route 332 intersection - Town of Canandaigua.

Steuben County - The Town of Erwin Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Diesel Ceramic Manufacturing Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction and operation of an approx. 392,000 SF manufacturing facility on approx. 39 acres in an industrial zone in the Town of Erwin. The facility will manufacture ceramic filters for use in diesel engine catalytic converters. Related activities include the rezoning of nine contiguous parcels (5.3+/- acres) on Addison Road from "Residential" to "Industrial" and "Highway Business," a re-subdivision to include the six parcels (2.3 +/- acres) into industrial parcels, site plan approval, utility installation, parking construction, construction of up to five railroad spurs and a rail shed, a variance for the location of the rail shed within the rear yard setback, and construction of associated highway improvements and stormwater facilities. The project is located at the intersection of NYS Route 417 (Addison Road) and NYS Route 15, Town of Erwin.
