State Energy Plan Supplemental Notice

Supplemental Notice of Additional Public Comment Hearings

The Energy Planning Board caused a Notice to be published in the State Register and Environmental Notice Bulletin on December 26, 2001 that, among other things, announced the completion and issuance of an integrated Draft State Energy Plan (Draft Plan) and Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS), and solicited written comments on the Draft Plan and the DEIS and oral comments at a series of public meetings to be held across the State. In addition to the public comment hearings announced in that Notice, the Energy Planning Board will be holding public comment hearings on Thursday, February 7 at 9 am and 1 pm at the Watertown State Office Building, 317 Washington Street, Watertown, New York 13601.

Project Description: The project involves the construction of two 10 ft. x 25 ft. decks, one each on the front and back of an existing single family dwelling (camp). The permit is required pursuant to a Condition of Agency Permit 95-45 which authorized the 0.7 acre lot with an existing camp on it but required that an additional permit be obtained for any expansion of the camp beyond that authorized by the original permit.

Negative Declaration

Saratoga County - The Wilton Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Preserve at Ruggles Road will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of property for 49 residential lots in a cluster design. The project is located on Ruggles Road, Town of Wilton.
