Columbia County - The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Town of Chatham, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed PS/21 may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. A Scoping Meeting on the Draft EIS will be held on December 19, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., at the Town Hall, 1536 Rte. 28, Chatham Center, New York. The action involves a special use permit and area variance for development of a 36,000 sf performing arts facility on 105 acres. The project is located adjacent to Crellin Park on the north side of Route 66, Town of Chatham.
