Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Board of Trustees in the Village of Islandia, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Hauppauge Green Apartment Development will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves development of a 28-unit apartment complex, in six buildings, on a 4.757-acre parcel of land. The project is located in the Incorporated Village of Islandia, west side of Blydenburgh Road, between Long Island Motor Parkway and the North Service Road of the Long Island Expressway.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Suffolk County - The Town Board of the Town of Huntington, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Transfer of Development Rights of not more than 4 units from Hilaire Woods to Huntington Glen. The action involves the Town of Huntington allowing transfer development rights between properties in common ownership, zoning and taxing districts from the Hilaire Woods site on Park Avenue to the Huntington Glen site on Pulaski Road. The project is located at the east end of Hilaire Drive, west of Park Avenue in Huntington.
