Bath Petroleum Storage Inc. Applicant has applied to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation ("Department") for a permit. A legislative hearing to receive comments will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. at the Department's Region 8 Sub-Office located at 7291 Coon Road, Bath, New York.
A pre-hearing issues conference at the same location will be held immediately following the legislative hearing. All filings requesting party status, proposing issues for adjudication, or for presenting argument, must be received on or before Friday, January 11, 2002.
