Negative Declaration

Herkimer and Oneida Counties - The Upper Mohawk Valley Regional Water Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Water Supply Permit for the Towns of Frankfort and Schuyler in Herkimer County and the Towns of Kirkland and Westmoreland in Oneida County will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves obtaining a single water supply permit to streamline the water main extension approval process in areas of the Towns of Frankfort, Schuyler, Kirkland and Westmoreland not currently supplied by a municipal water supply system. The project is located in the Towns of Frankfort, Schuyler, Towns of Kirkland and Westmoreland.

St. Lawrence County - The Town of Lawrence, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Town of Lawrence Municipal and Highway Buildings will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a new single-story, 2,100 square foot municipal building; a new 5-bay 7,500 square foot highway department garage; and a new 9,000 square foot sand/salt storage building on a 2.7 acre parcel of undeveloped land near the Hamlet of Lawrenceville, plus associated site development including potable water well, subsurface septic system, driveways and parking.

Jefferson County - The Village Board of the Village of Adams, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law #2, 2001 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Local Law #2 Amending Zoning Map of the Village of Adams designating approximately 29 acres as commercial. The project is located in the Village of Adams.
