|SERP Action - Reaffirmation of Negative Declaration|
Westchester County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town Board of the Town of Yorktown, as lead agency, has determined that the Oakside Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the Town of Yorktown applying for financing to the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation for the Oakside Sewer District Project. A Negative Declaration was issued and this notice reaffirms that determination.

Dutchess County - The Millbrook Central School District, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed new Senior High School, project number 13-22-01-04-0-031-001, may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement must be prepared. The action involves construction of a new Senior High School on existing school district property. The new building is approximately 92,000 square feet of gross floor area, on a footprint of approximately 65,000 square feet. Associated parking and bus loop roads will also be constructed. The project is located on Alden Place in the Village of Millbrook.

|Positive Declaration and Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS|
Orange County - The Town Board of the Town of Warwick, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Adoption of Zoning Law Amendments and Open Space Plan may have a significant adverse impact on the environmental and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until December 20, 2001. The action involves adoption of an Open Space Plan as an element of the Town of Warwick Comprehensive Plan, along with amendments to the Town’s Zoning Law which would establish new uses and regulations within the Town. Adoption of the proposed Zoning Amendments would implement the recommendations of the Comprehensive Plan and the proposed Open Space Plan and would address the need recognized therein for greater flexibility in the way land use in the Town is controlled. The project is located in the Town of Warwick.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement And Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The Westchester County Board of Health, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Generic Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Comprehensive Mosquito-Borne Disease Surveillance and Control Plan. A public hearing on the Draft Generic EIS will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2001 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. at the Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York. Written comments on the Draft Generic EIS will be accepted until January 7, 2002. The action involves adoption and implementation of a comprehensive plan to control the spread of mosquito-borne diseases in Westchester County. The plan includes: vector, vertebrate host and human surveillance, medical provider and general public education and outreach; mosquito control, including source reduction and the application of larvicides and adulticides, if warranted; and research and program evaluation. The project is located Westchester Countywide.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft Environmental Impact Statement And Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The City Council - City of New Rochelle, as lead agency has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Iona College Dormitory. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on December 11, 2001 at 8:00 p.m. at the City Hall, Council Chambers. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until December 21, 2001. The action involves (1) change the zoning classification of part of Lot 158 (previously identified as Tax Lots 32 and 34), in Block 1431 from Zoning District C-1 (General Commercial Use) to District CR-1 (College and College Related Uses) and (2) amend the site-specific restrictions and conditions imposed by Ordinance No. 228 upon Lot 158 in Block 1556, so as to construct two (2) additional six-story dormitory buildings, and to retrofit the Loftus Dormitory for 38 additional students making a total of 696 residents on Lot 158 Block 1556. Prior to 2003, an existing 27-space parking lot at Beechmont Drive near North Avenue is proposed to be expanded to 115 spaces and will seek the Planning Board site plan approvals. However, that parking lot expansion is not part of the existing action, although any potential impacts have been considered in the current EIS. The project is located on North Avenue, southwest corner of Summit Avenue.
