Monroe County The Planning Board of the Town of Brighton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed application of American Tower Corp. and Sinclair Broadcasting will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves permit approval to construct a 270-foot broadcast/telecommunication tower with a 50-foot antenna (320-foot total structure height). The project is located on Pinnacle Hill.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Monroe County - The Planning Board of the Town of Webster, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Lowe's Home Improvement Center. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on December 18, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. at the Webster Town Hall, 1000 Ridge Road, Town of Webster, New York. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until December 28, 2001. The action involves the construction of a 177,000 square foot home improvement center with related on and off-site improvements. The project is located on the southeast corner of Five Mile Line Road and State Route 104 in the Town of Webster.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Ontario County - The Planning Board of the Town of Victor, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Belleville Subdivision. The action involves the subdivision of approximately 76 acres of land into 76 single family lots and 38 acres of open space and conservation easement lands. The project is located on Lynaugh Road, Town of Victor.
