Project Description:

The applicant proposes to remove 154 linear feet of partially collapsed bulkhead; reconfigure the existing bulkhead line and construct 134 linear feet of bulkhead. Reposition the existing ramp and floats to conform to the reconfigured bulkhead. Dredge no greater than 10 ft. seaward of the replacement bulkhead to a maximum depth of 1 ft. below apparent low water. Resultant 17 cubic yards of dredged material and 20 cubic yards of upland fill will be used as backfill. The property is located at 33 Everdell Road, East Rockaway, Town of Hempstead, County of Nassau on Thixton Creek.
