Negative Declaration

Columbia County - The Planning Board of the Town of Copake, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Rhoda Lake Associates Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a 15 lot subdivision plus common land on a 92-acre parcel, including new 2300' road, individual wells and wastewater systems, storm drainage and related improvements. The project is located in the Town of Copake.

Schenectady County - The Town Board of the Town of Duanesburg, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Zoning Ordinance Amendment will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the current Hamlet Residential (R-54) and Hamlet Business Districts combined into one "Hamlet District." Much of the former R-54 District has been eliminated and replaced by Higher Density Residential (R-1) where public sewer is available. Former General Business District and Light Industrial Districts are replaced by Commercial (C-1) and Manufacturing and Light Industrial (C-2). The project is located town-wide.
