Albany County - The Dormitory Authority, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed New York State Court of Appeals Hall will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves modernization of the New York State Court of Appeals Hall, construction of a four-story, 18,400 gross square foot addition, a parking structure for approximately 80 cars, and minor site improvements. The project is located in Albany, New York.

Delaware County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Site Preparation - Delaware Wildlife Management Area #90, Stands P-2; 0-2 and 3, will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a herbicide reduction of ferns, non-commercial tree species, and undesirable low valued tree species to allow the natural regeneration of desired tree species such as black cherry and white ash. It will reduce competition for planted Norway spruce seedlings. The action is to take place on 67 acres, presently occupied by stands of black cherry, white ash and red maple. The project is located approximately five miles southeast of Walton, Town of Walton.

Schenectady County - The Planning Board of the Town of Niskayuna, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Willow Brook Apartments will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an 80-unit apartment complex in 9 buildings on 9.7 acres. The project is located at 1503 Hillside Avenue, Niskayuna.
