Dutchess County - The Planning Department of the Town of Poughkeepsie, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Landspur/Lexington Club at the Galleria Amended Site Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The proposed action amends a site plan, previously approved on September 7, 2002 for construction of an alternate care facility. The amendment reduced the size of the proposed structure from 210,000 sf to 179,000 sf by eliminating the eastern wing of the facility; and altered the blasting plan by reducing the radius for pre-blasting written notice and an optional video survey from one-half mile to 500 feet. The project is located at 1964 South Rd. (U.S. Route 9), 352-A Vassar Rd. and 42 Wendy Drive, Poughkeepsie.
