Negative Declaration

Onondaga County - The Skaneateles Central School District Board of Education, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Combined School District/Town Transportation Center will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the use of an existing 25,000 sq. ft. building and associated parking for a school bus storage and maintenance facility. The facility is to be shared with the Town of Skaneateles Department of Public Works for Town trucks and equipment storage and maintenance. The project is located on the north side of US Route 20 in the Town of Skaneateles, approximately 1,500 feet west of the Village of Skaneateles western border.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Onondaga County - The Planning Board of the Town of DeWitt, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed Woodbine Industrial Park. The action involves the subdivision of an industrial parcel of land of approximately 114 acres into seven lots for development of an industrial project, with a proposed plan of development of approximately 700,000 sq. ft. of building spaces in three phases over five years. The project is bordered by Collamer Road (Route 298), Fly Road, Schuyler Road and Badgley Road and is intersected Canada Drive in the Town of DeWitt.
