The project is located south of Renaissance Drive, which is a road connecting Ayer Road and Transit Road, through the proposed development.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: A draft environmental impact statement has been prepared on this project and is on file.
SEQR Lead Agency: Amherst Town Board
State Historic Preservation Act (SHPA) Determination: The proposed activity is not subject to review in accordance with SHPA. The permit type is exempt or the activity is being reviewed in accordance with federal historic preservation regulations.
Coastal Management: This project is not located in a Coastal Management area and is not subject to the Waterfront Revitalization and Coastal Resources Act.

The applicant proposes to remove approximately 400 cubic yards of gravel per year for three years by skimming a 285 foot by 60 foot gravel bar above normal low water level in the North Branch of Clear Creek. The gravel will be used to improve farm roads and drainage. The project is located approximately 1000 feet east of the intersection of Central Quaker Street and Flogaus Road in the Town of Collins.

State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) Determination: Project is an Unlisted Action and will not have a significant impact on the environment. A Negative Declaration is on file. A coordinated review was not performed.

The applicant proposes to construct a 36 foot long, single lane bridge consisting of concrete footings and abutments, steel beams and a timber deck, across Neuman Creek to access a single family residence. The disturbance will consist of approximately 30 feet upstream and downstream along both the north and south banks to ensure smooth flow and minimize expansion and constriction loses and approximately 50 cubic yards of material will be excavated along each bank in this area. The project is located on the south side of Powers Road, between US Route 277 (Chestnut Ridge Road) to the east and Burton Road to the west.
