Erie County: A public hearing will be held in the Town of Amherst, Municipal Building, 5583 Main Street, Williamsville, New York 14221, on November 5, 2001 at 7:15 p.m., to hear all persons for or against a request to rezone property at 2091 Sweet Home Road from NCD-MOS (New Community District - Major Open Space) to NCD - LC (New Community District - Local Center).

Proposed Use: Senior Facilities which are similar to those existing at Weinberg Campus Inc.

Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Village of Alden, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Alden Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the preparation and adoption of a comprehensive plan for the Village of Alden that addresses issues relevant to future land use and development, zoning, environmental resource protection, parks and recreation, open space preservation, historic resources, economic development and preservation of the central business district, public infrastructure, transportation and pedestrian safety, groundwater supply and quality, and flooding and erosion. The project is located in the Village of Alden.
