Applicant proposes to excavate gravel from approximately 1200 feet of Angel Brook , in the Town of Chatham, Columbia County, and place heavy stone on approximately 200 feet of the stream bank. The stream segment starts about 500 feet west of Shaker Museum Road and is about 1/2 mile south of the N. Y. S. Thruway.

The applicant proposes to excavate an open water area within Tributary 119b of the Susquehanna River which is also within Freshwater Wetland MI-1 under the Wetland Reserve Program of the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service. The excavated material will be used to construct a low embankment across Tributary 199b approximatley 3 foot high and 230 feet long to create a shallow water impoundment.for habitat enhancement. The project is located approximately 2000 feet south of the intersection of County Highway 33 and Clintonville Road, approximately 3 miles north of Milford.

The applicant proposes to construct a storm drain on Lakeview Drive at the Lakeland Shores Development at Otsego Lake. Drain will be constructed with concrete catchbasins and will outlet into Otsego Lake/FWW CP-30. Rip rap will be placed at the outlet to disperse runoff. The project is located on Lakeview Drive on the southeast side of the lake, in the Village of Cooperstown.

The applicant proposes to construct a bank stabilization/beautification project at the shoreline of Canadarago Lake which is within the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland SY-6. The project consists of using decorative Uni-lock block to construct a 120' long retaining wall along the shoreline and backfilling on the landward side. A portion of the bank south of an existing deck and stairs will be terraced to allow for planting areas. An existing concrete boat launch pad near the shoreline will be demolished and removed and that area will be filled with stone, topsoil, and seeded back to grass. The project is located off County Route 22, on Hillside Drive on the east shore of Canadarago Lake.

Applicant wishes to demolish an existing structure at 212 Geiser Road, on the south shore of Snyders Lake (FWW #TS-120), Town of North Greenbush, Rensselaer County, adjacent to the wetland, and replace the structure with a two-story residence with a well in the wetland's adjacent area.

Applicant wishes to excavate 8 potholes and 2 level ditches in Freshwater Wetland No. E-106 as part of a wetland enhancement project. Total excavation will be between 1 and 1 1/2 acres. Spoil will be placed adjacent to wetlands. Eight wood duck boxes will also be placed on site. Property is located at 1 Joslin Lane, Town of Pittstown, Rensselaer County.
