Project Description:

The applicant proposes to demolish and existing single family dwelling and reconstruct the single family dwelling, deck, garage, pool and place 400 cubic yards of clean fill. Construct a concrete retaining wall. The project is above the 10' contour elevation and therefore, is beyond jurisdiction of Artiacle 25. The proposed structures are greater than 100' from the Freshwater Wetland Boundary; only the driveway configuration lies within 100' of the Freshwater Wetland. The project is locatead at Oak Grove Road on Little Peconic Bay, Town of Southampton.
