Negative Declaration

Livingston County - The Livonia Joint Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Maloney Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the subdivision of 64.4 acres into 11 lots, each to be 5 acres or more insize, each to have an on site individual sewage system, and each to be reviewed by private individual wells. No new roads will be built, lots will have direct access to existing town road and NYS highway. The project is located on Old Bald Hill Road and NYS Route 15A, Town of Livonia.

Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing

Monroe County - The Town of Webster Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed Lowe's Home Improvement Warehouse. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on October 16, 2001 at the Webster Town Hall at 7:30 p.m. All final written comments should be submitted by October 26, 2001. The action involves the construction of a 177,700 sq. ft. warehouse on approximately 48.4 acres. The project is located at the southeast corner of Five Mile Line Road and Route 104, Town of Webster.

Steuben County - The Town of Erwin, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed Robert Dann Drive Connection. The action involves the construction of a new highway bridge and extension of Robert Dann Drive Connection with NYS Route 415, Town of Erwin.
