Broome County - The Town of Chenango Zoning Board of Appeals, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed AT&T Wireless Communication Tower will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of a wireless communication tower, the tower will be 180 feet, self supporting and will have a 5 foot long lighting rod attached to the top of the structure for a total of 185 feet in height. There will be no guide wires used and the tower will not be lighted. The project is located at 1006 Castle Creek Road, Town of Chenango.

Madison County - The Village of Hamilton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Roadway and Utility Construction at Hamilton Airport will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a village roadway and utilities to service future economic development. The project is located on State Route 12-B, Village of Hamilton.

Tompkins County - The Village of Groton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2001 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the adoption of a Local Law that will change zoning of parcel of land from a Planned Development Area to a High Intensity Zone. Such rezoning will allow the owner of the property to subdivide the parcel for allowed commercial or multi-family uses. The project is located on NYS Route 222, Village of Groton.
