Suffolk County - The Planning Board of Southampton, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Children's Museum of the East End Site Plan/Special Exception/Wetlands application will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of an 11,742 sq. ft., one and two-story building with ancillary parking and related accessory improvements, on a 10.085 acre site, to be utilized as a Children's Museum. The project is located west of Bridgehampton Sag Harbor Tpk., 150' north of Sunrise Avenue, Bridgehampton, Town of Southampton.

Positive Declaration and Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS

Suffolk County - The State Education Department, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Terrace Junior High School, Control Number 58-05-03-03-0-002-010, may have a significant adverse impact on the environment and a Draft Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared. Written comments on the Draft EIS will be accepted until October 16, 2001. The action involves alterations to the existing High School. The project is located on Redman Street, Islip Terrace, New York.
