The applicant proposes to construct a 53 unit single family residential subdivision on a 46 acre parcel located on the northwest corner of Bartell and Ladd Rds. in the Town of Cicero. The project includes permanent filling of 0.013 acres of Freshwater Wetland CIC-2 and Federal jurisdiction freshwater wetland, construction of 0.52 acres of wetland/stormwater detention area within the wetland adjacent area, and disturbance of 2.52 acres of adjacent area for future residential uses.

The applicant proposes to construct a new residence at 51 65 Comstock Road in the Town of Clay, Onondaga County. The parcel is currently vacant and the new structure with a subsurface sanitary waste disposal system would be located within 100 feet of state regulated wetland BRE-2.
