Project Description: The project involves subdivisions which will ultimately result in the creation of three separate lots. The project involves a two-lot subdivision of an existing 28.8-acre parcel into a 5-acre lot and a 23.8-acre lot. The 5-acre lot is proposed for conveyance to adjoining landowners with a principal building right. The adjoining landowners then propose to combine the 5-acre lot with the rest of their landholding (5.22 acres) and subdivide the resulting property into two lots. Lot 1 will be 2.55 acres with an existing single-family dwelling on it. Lot 2 will be a vacant 7.67-acre lot. One new single-family dwelling with on-site water supply and wastewater treatment systems are proposed to be built on the 7.67-acre lot. Lots 1 and 2 are located on both sides of North Road, a town-maintained road and both lots having frontage on Paradox Lake.
