Project Description: The applicant proposes to cut the existing dilapidated bulkhead at grade and remove it from the site, place 150 cubic yards of 200 to 500 pound stone along approximately 478 feet of the shoreline in the area extending 5 feet landward of apparent high water to 2 feet seaward of apparent low water, and remove the existing Phragmites and privet along the embankment. The area will be replanted with native shrubs and grasses. A 4 foot by 25 foot fixed catwalk with a 4 foot by 30 foot fixed "L" section to the north is proposed to be extended from the northern wall of the boat slip. Relocate the catwalk within the slip, and install a 5 foot by 15 foot access walk by placing 2.5 cubic yards of 20 to 50 pound stone adjacent to the southern wall of the slip.
