The applicant proposes to conduct a streambank maintenance project along the West Branch of the Delaware River. The project includes the regrading of the streambank and installation of willow wattles for stabilization. The project involves 2 sites; Project A is approximately 300 feet long and is 0.3 miles upstream of County Route 2, and Project B is approximately 100 feet long and is 0.3 miles downstream of County Route 2, off the Back River Road.

Applicant proposes to replace camp building located at the Arthur E. Rasmussen Waterfowl Alliance with a 42' houseboat fastened to a trailer supported by concrete blocks. The houseboat will be situated approximately 75' from the high water line of the Hudson River, in the adjacent area of the FWW HN-109. The property is located at the south end of Four Mile Point Road in the Town of Coxsackie.

The applicant proposes to discharge fill material into 7.83 acres of federal wetlands and watercourses to facilitate the construction of a 1,870,000 square foot Warehouse Distribution Center to be constructed by Kmart Corporation at the proposed Town of Florida Business Park. The new facility would be located on the north side of NYS Route 5S, approximately 1 mile west of the city of Amsterdam.

The applicant proposes to construct a 0.25 acre pond in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland CP-1 under the USDA Wetland Reserve Program. The pond will provide habitat for various waterfowl and animals. The project is located off Beaver Meadow Road north of the Campbell Hill Road intersection.

The applicant proposes to stabilize two eroded sections of streambank along the Susquehanna River to prevent further erosion of agricultural fields. The project consists of placing fill and concrete rock and both sites, approximately 450 feet along the streambank at site 1 and approximately 100 feet along the streambank at site 2. Site 1 is located north of the State Route 28/7 intersection and Site 2 is south of this intersection, east of the hamlet of Colliersville.

The applicant proposes to create a low embankment impoundment and excavate three potholes of varying depths and irregular shapes to provide habitat for waterfowl, songbirds and other types of wildlife as part of a USDA Wetland Reserve Program. The project is located within the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland RS-13, off County Route 26 opposite Honey Joe Road intersection.

The applicant proposes to excavate three potholes in a former cropfield and pasture in the adjacent area of Freshwater Wetland SY-6 under the USDA Wetland Reserve Program. The potholes will serve to provide shallow water habitat for plants and animals, such as waterfowl, songbirds, amphibians and mammals. The potholes will be 0.4, 0.2 and 0.2 acres in size. The project is located off State Route 28 northwest of Canadarago Lake, south of the Village of Richfield Springs.

The applicant proposes to construct a weir with an earthen dike at the location of a failed beaver dam within Trout Brook/Freshwater Wetland RS-4 for a wetland restoration project. The project is located on the west side of County Route 27 just south of the Frank Patterson Road intersection.

Applicant proposes to construct a new fire station adjacent to (within 40 feet of) Wetland T-43 on the north side of County Route 42, about 700 feet west of Lindemann Road, Taborton, Rensselaer County.
