Erie County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Erie County Purchase of Ticor Building will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves Erie County purchase of the Ticor Building located at 110 Franklin Street, Buffalo, New York.

Erie County - Erie County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed elimination of West Pleasant Avenue Pumping Station by installation of approximately 2900 LF of 8" gravity sanitary sewer will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project is located on west Pleasant Avenue to west Church Street in the Town of Eden.

Niagara County - The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Somerset-Barker Landspreading Facility will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves landspreading of sewage sludge from two aerated lagoons onto 49 acres of Richard Atwater property at 9676 Lower Lake Road, Town of Somerset. The sludge will be directly injected into the soil. The project is located at 9676 Lower Lake Road, Town of Somerset.
