No. 4581-204, to 0.95 acres of the Brockport Yacht Club boat basin in Sandy Creek, Freshwater Wetland HM-1 (Class I), in order to control Eurasion Water Milfoil. The Brockport Yacht Club us located at the terminus of Sandy Harbor Road, approximately 0.10 miles due north of the Lake Ontario State Parkway. For the protection of riparian uses, applicant must certify that the affected riparian users within 1/2 mile have been notified of the treatment. Permit conditions require that the treated area and public access sites be posted. Application materials are available for public review and comment at the NYS DEC Regional Headquarters. |
