Project Description: The applicant proposes to construct a 60' long x 30' wide x 2' to 8' deep pond for livestock and fire protection, a 60' diameter recreational pond 2' to 12' deep and fill 6 low areas in cleared access road across regulated freshwater wetland T-17, a 250+ acre Class II floodplain wetland. The project site is located east of CR-46 commencing with the livestock pond near the county bridge 1000' north of Silver Street, the access road to the Indian River approximately 100' further north and the recreation pond in the drainage approximately 2000' north of the county bridge. The site is approximately 4.5 miles south of the Village of Theresa. |
