Orleans County - A public hearing will be held by the Legislature of Orleans County, State of New York, at 7:30 p.m. at the East Shelby Volunteer Fire Company Fire Hall, 5021 East Shelby Road, on Wednesday evening, August 8, 2001, for the review of Orleans Consolidated Agricultural District No. 2, encompassing portion of the Towns of Barre, Clarendon and Shelby, to consider the recommendations of the Orleans County Planning Board and the Orleans Agricultural and Farmland Protection Board, and any proposed modifications. Orleans Consolidated Agricultural District No. 2 is proposed to combine and otherwise revise existing Orleans Agricultural Districts No. 1, 2 and 7, and shall use the anniversary of existing Agricultural District No. 2 as the date for subsequent eight-year reviews.
Livingston County - The NYSDOT, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed reconstruction of NYS Routes 36 and 408 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves reconstruction of Route 408 from Murray Street to the east village line, a length of approximately 2.4 kilometers; reconstruct Route 36 from south village line, to the north village line a length of approximately 3.0 kilometers; rehabilitate the Route 36 bridge over the Genesee River; construct a trail way bridge over the Genesee River utilizing the existing railroad bridge abutments and piers; construct a trail head parking area next to the RGE power dam; and construct an off-street parking area at the northeast corner of Route 36 and Trumbull Street. The project is located on Route 36 and Route 408 in the Village of Mount Morris.

Monroe County - The Board of Trustees of the Village of Honeoye Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Amendments to the Zoning Laws of the Village of Honeoye Falls will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves changing zoning districts for certain portions of the property owned by Gleason Company fronting on West Main Street, in Honeoye Falls, New York.

|SERP Action - Draft Negative Declaration|
Wayne County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Village of Wolcott, as lead agency, has determined that the Water Treatment Plant Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves the replacement of approximately 3,000 ft. of raw water intake line, complete with an air scour system and chemical feed system for zebra mussel control, the installation of a building to house the air scour and chemical feed equipment, and the replacement of two finished water storage tanks. The project is located at 8470 East Port Bay Road, Village of Wolcott.

|Notice of Acceptance of Final Generic EIS and Public Hearing|
Monroe County - The Town Board of the Town of Brighton, as lead agency, has accepted a Generic Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Adoption of Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Brighton. A Public Hearing on the FGEIS will be held on September 5, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. at the Brighton Town Hall, 2300 Elmwood Avenue. Comments on the FGEIS will be accepted until the close of the Public Hearing. The action involves the Comprehensive Plan 2000 which will provide the legal basis for developing and implementing land use regulations for the Town and will serve as a guide for both public and private decisions that will influence the Town of Brighton community in the future.

Orleans County - The Planning Board of the Village of Albion, as lead agency, has accepted a Final Environmental Impact Statement on the proposed Tops Market. The action involves construction and site development of a 48,000 sq. ft. supermarket. The project is located at the intersection of West Avenue and King Street in the Village of Albion.
