Positive Declaration

Westchester County - The Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Dobbs Ferry, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Lion's Ridge Development may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. The action involves the development of approximately 7.5 acres straddling the Dobbs Ferry/Hastings boundary with a residential subdivision of one and two family structures totaling approximately 38 units, including construction of a new road and extension of utility services. The project is bordered by Village of Hastings' parkland, theSaw Mill River Parkway, the campus of The Children's Village, Village of Dobbs Ferry land, and Ogden Avenue in Dobbs Ferry, terminating in a cul de sac in the Hastings portion of the site.
