Livingston County - The New York State Department of Transportation, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed NYS Routes 36 & 408, P.I.N. 4096.24 will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project will reconstruct Route 408 from Murray Street to the east village line a length of approximately 2.4 kilometers; reconstruct Route 36 from the south village line to the north village line a length of approximately 3.0 kilometers; rehabilitate the Route 36 bridge (BIN1023670) over the Genesee River, construct a trailway bridge over the Genesee River utilizing the existing railroad bridge abutments and piers, construct a trail head parking area next to the RG&E power dam; and construct an off-street parking area at the northeast corner of Route 36 and Trumbull Street. The project will improve traffic flow, pavement deficiencies, highway drainage, and safety. The project is located at NYS Routes 36 & 408 within the Village of Mount Morris.

Monroe County - The County of Monroe, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sewerage Improvements for the Mill Seat Landfill & Village of Churchville will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the design and construction of two pump stations and approximately 8.5 miles of force main and appurtenances to convey leachate and wastewater from Monroe County's Mill Seat Landfill and the Village of Churchville, in the Town of Riga, to the Monroe County Pure Waters' King Road Trunk Sewer near Union Street (NYS Route 259), in the Town of Chili.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing|
Ontario County - The Victor Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a draft EIS on the proposed Belleville Subdivision. A public hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on August 14, 2001 at 7:30 p.m. at Victor Town Hall. The action involves the subdivision of approximately 76 acres of land into 76 single family lots and 38 acres of open space and conservation easement lands. The project is located on Lynaugh Road, Town of Victor.

Orleans County - The Village of Albion Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed Tops Market. The action involves the construction and site development of a 48,000 ± sq. ft. supermarket. The project is located at the intersection of West Avenue (State Route 31) and King Street, Village of Albion.
