The following contaminants are allowed under this permit from emission Unit 1 - BOONV: formaldehyde, carbon monoxide, napthalene diisocyanate, lead, manganese, mercury, arsenic, barium, beryllium, cadmium, chromium, zinc, sulfur dioxide, selenium, chromiun (VI), nickel, copper, particulates, PM-10, HAP's, oxides of nitrogen, and VOC's. This permit includes federally enforceable conditions to limit considered to "cap" emissions below the applicable threshold level set forth in 6 NYCRR part 201-6 and Section 212.10 of 6 NYCRR Part 212.
