Erie County - The Erie County Industrial Development Agency, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed 2001 Pfohl Brothers Landfill Redevelopment Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves remediation of existing landfill covering 130 acres and acquisition of entire site for possible subsequent redevelopment. The project is located on Aero Drive and Rein Road, Cheektowaga, New York.

Niagara County - The Environmental Services Office of the City of Niagara Falls, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Sleep Inn Hotel Project will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves construction of a 2-story, 60-room hotel. The project is located at 6611 Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls, New York.

Erie County - Erie County, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed "Chip Fab" Sanitary Sewer Extension will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves installation of approximately 25,000 linear feet of sanitary sewer force main (24,000 feet of 30-inch and 1,000 feet of 24-inch prestressed concrete cylinder pipe) from West Seneca Industrial Park via Mineral Springs Road, with inter connection to the Erie County Sewer District No. 4 Trunk Sewer near Casimer Street north of the Buffalo River, and construction of headworks and building at the West Seneca Industrial Park Chip Fab Plant Location.
