Ulster County - The Town of Wawarsing Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Napanoch Sidewalks - Curbs will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of cast-in-place concrete siewalks, curbs and sidewalk ramps along the east side of Main Street (Old Route 209) for a distance of 0.4 miles beginning at the north side of Peters Market and extending northerly to the Napanoch Fire Station. The project is located in the Town of Wawarsing.

Ulster County - The Town of Gardiner Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed development of the Appalachian Mountain Club campground will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the operation of a 50 site campground on 45 acres. The project is located on Route 299, Town of Gardiner.

|Notice of Acceptance of Draft EIS and Public Hearing|
Westchester County - The Town of Cortlandt Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Draft EIS on the proposed Emery Ridge Subdivision. A Public Hearing on the Draft EIS will be held on Tuesday, August 7, 2001 at 8:00 p.m. at the Vincent F. Nyberg General Meeting Room, Cortlandt Town Hall, 1 Heady Stret, Cortlandt Manor, New York. The action involves a 62 lot conventional subdivision and other proposed related site improvements on 118 acres. The project is located on west side of Croton Avenue, 500 feet north of Furnace Dock Road and at the south end of Chardonnay Road, Cortlandt.

|Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS|
Orange County - The Orange County Legislature, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed Enhancement of the Harriman Waste Water Treatment Plant, (“HWWTP”). The action involves enhancement of the HWWTP including new treatment facilities within the existing treatment plant property; new odor controls, and upgrades to the existing treatment plant facilities increasing treatment capacity to 6.0 million gallons per day. The project is located in the Village of Harriman.
