New Notices for ENB Issue of July 25, 2001: 1

The Kennedy International Airport Cogeneration (KIAC) Facility has applied for a modification of the existing State Facility air pollution control permit for the Plant to allow the operation of the proposed new unit located at John F. Kennedy International Airport, Building 49, Jamaica, New York 11430.

A legislative hearing for the receipt of public comments will be held on August 20, 2001 at 7:00 PM. Written comments must be postmarked no later than August 24, 2001.
