The applicant proposes to construct 250 linear feet of stone revetment to stabilize bank Backfill with 5350 cubic yards of backfill. The property is located at Kings Point Road, Kings Point on Long Island Sound.

The Department has drafted a permit pursuant to Article 19 (Air Pollution Control) of the NYS Environmental Conservation Law (ECL) and the Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act Amendments, and made a tentative determination to approve this application for the applicant's existing aerospace part testing, surface coating and surface finishing facility. The facility is equipped with a paint shop consisting of 6 spray booths, 2 drying oven, and an exhaust from a storage room. The facility's surface coating operation is regulated under 6 NYCRR Part 228, degreasing under 6NYCRR Part 226, plating under 6NYCRR Part 212 and the anodizing under federal rule 40 CFR Part 63 Subpart N.

Comments of support or objection may be made by filing a written statement by the deadline date indicated. NYSDEC may schedule a public hearing cased upon an evaluation of the nature and scope of any written objection raised. Hearing notices will contain instructions on filing for party status and submitting comments. In accordance with 6 NYCRR part 621.6(d)(9) and 201-6.4(c), the Administrator of the US Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA) has the authority to bar issuance of any Title V facility permit if it determined not to be in compliance with the applicable requirements of the Clean Air Act or 6 NYCRR Part 201.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling, sanitary system, pervious driveway, and place 380 cubic yards of fill. The entire parcel is designated a Class II freshwater wetland (I.D. B-9). The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with deck, septic system, garage, shed and pervious driveway within the adjacent area of a regulated Freshwater Wetland (#SA-1). The dwelling and septic system are proposed within 71 feet and 92 feet of the freshwater wetlands at this site, respectively. The project is located on Sally's Path, East Hampton, Town of East Hampton, Suffolk County, SCTM# 0300-090-02-5.7.

The applicant proposes to construct a single family dwelling with associated septic system, driveway, deck and pool, with clearing up to 32 feet from the wetland boundary of a NYSDEC regulated freshwater wetland. The project is located on South Fairview Ave., Montauk.

The applicant proposes a 98,000 ton per year yard waste composting and transfer facility located at the Town of Smithtown Municipal Services Facility Complex, Old Northport Road, Kings Park. The facility will receive brush, leaves, grass and related components.

The applicant proposes to construct an 18 foot by 36 foot in-ground swimming pool and conduct clearing, grading and ground disturbance within an existing lawn area which is in the 100 foot adjacent area of NYS regulated freshwater wetland SA-93. The project is located at 6 Bull Head Court, Bridgehampton, Southampton Town, SCTM #900-88-1-17.8.

The applicant proposes to subdivide a 2.9 acre parcel into two lots. The total area of lot 1 to be 80,351 square feet (comprised of upland area of 30,552 square feet and underwater area of 49,799 square feet) and there is an existing dwelling on this lot. The total area of lot 2 to be 40,800 square feet (comprised of upland area of 17,200 square feet and underwater area of 23,600 square feet). The property is located at 222 4th Street, SCTM#1001-07-03-19.1, Greenport, Southold Town, Suffolk County on Greenport Harbor.

The applicant proposes to construct 64 linear feet of new bulkhead, dredge 20' x 39' area and dispose of dredged material at an approved upland site, to create a boat slip. Plant excavatead area landward of bulkhead with tidal wetland vegetation. Install a ramp and float. The property is located at Beebe Drive on East Creek, Town of Southold.
