Negative Declaration

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Norman's Acres 4-lot, Subdivision will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the development of a 4-lot single-family residential subdivision of 7.78 acres of land located at 1358-1382 North French Road in the New Community District. Subject property includes portions of a NYS DEC wetland (TE-21) and a federal wetland.

Erie County - The Planning Board of the Town of Amherst, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Extension of Renaissance Drive will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the 1,700 lineal foot extension and completion of Renaissance Drive, a town road. The road extension is located approximately 1,200 feet west of the intersection of Renaissance Drive and Transit Road (NYS Route 78).

Erie County - The Village Board of the Village of Sloan, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Village of Sloan Comprehensive Plan will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves a Comprehensive Plan which will include goals, policies and actions that will guide the development of the community over the next 20 years. The Plan includes a thorough inventory of existing conditions in the village, with identification of specific issues and opportunities. Chapters of the Plan focus on housing, the economy, land use, recreation/parks, the environment, transportation, infrastructure and community services. The project is village wide.

SERP ACTION - Negative Declaration

Allegany County - Pursuant to the NYS Clean Water/Drinking Water State Revolving Fund and the State Environmental Quality Review Act, the Town Board of the Town of Hume, as lead agency, has determined that the Town of Hume Water Supply Improvements will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The project involves connection to the existing water source in the Town of Caneadea and construction of a new transmission main along the west side of State Route 19, construction of new water storage tanks, distribution mains, valves, hydrants, service connections, water meters and iron sequestering treatment. The project is located in the Town of Hume/Town of Caneadea, State Route 19.
