The proposed permit would also authorize periodic draining of the swimming pool through a dechlorinator chamber with a surface discharge of up to 45,000 gallons per day to the Unadilla River. The proposed facility is the new Unadilla Valley Central School, located off Route 8 in the Village of New Berlin. |
