Broome County - The Kirkwood Town Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed River Run II Golf Links will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves re-zoning a 31 acre parcel to Planned Recreation District to accommodate construction and operation of a 9-hole golf course and pro-shop with a dining area, restrooms and a 24-car parking lot on site of a construction and demolition landfill with DEC approved closure. The project is located on NY State Rouet 11, Kirkwood.

Oswego County - The Town of Hastings, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Route 11 Sewer District will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the installation of approximately 2,650 l.f. of low pressure force main along the west side of U.S. Route 11, with a single road crossing to an existing force main, as well as the installation of approximately 2,100 l.f. of gravity sewer and manholes extending north from the existing terminal manhole in front of the Central Square Middle School to a point just southerly of the Gildner Road intersection. The project is located on U.S. Route 11 and Kline Drive in the Town of Hastings.
