Negative Declaration

Suffolk County - The Town of Brookhaven Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Medow Ponds at Miller Place (amended) will not have a significant adverse environmental impact. The action involves the construction of 110 condominum units in 30 buildings having 2, 3 or 4 units along with recreation building, swimming pool, tennis courts and various support facilities all in three phases. The project is located on the south side of Route 25A, Town of Brookhaven.

Positive Declaration and Public Scoping Session

Nassau County - The Village of Kings Point Planning Board, as lead agency, has determined that the proposed Geula Subdivision may have a significant adverse environmental impact and a draft EIS must be prepared. A public scoping session will be held on July 23, 2001 at 8:00 p.m. at the Village Hall, Village of Kings Point, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point. The action involves the subdivision of 149,105 sq. ft. into two residential building lots. The project is located at 29 Pond Road, Village of Kings Point.

Notice of Acceptance of Final EIS

Suffok County - The Riverhead Planning Board, as lead agency, has accepted a Final EIS on the proposed Reeves Golf Subdivision and Site Plan. The action involves the subdivision of two parcels of about 125 acres and zoned Agriculture A into 107 single and separate lots. One shall be 2.72 acres and retain an existing single family dwelling; 105 shall range from between 6,000 to 7,000 sq. ft.; and the approximately 95 acre balance is to be developed as an 18 hole golf course. The project is located on the south side of Reeve's Avenue, approximately 1,100 feet east of Roanoke Avenue, Riverhead.
